I had a RP for prostate cancer about 7 years ago. The "nerve sparing" failed - completely. I tried Muse and it hurt so much that I had to lie down and put and ice pack on my crotch for about 3 hours. Viagra works fairly well, but I don't like the light sensitivity it produces. I tried injecting, but the pain at the injection site was very much like the Muse - since they are the same compounds. Besides, the idea of sticking a needle (even a 32 ga. one) really doesn't appeal to me. Does anybody know of anything promising on the horizon?

Hi everyone I'm 25 y/o. Since I was a teen I've been experiencing problems with my erections. I am able to get good ones, but they last right awayduring intercourse. Sometimes I'm having a great erection and when I try to penetrate my penis becomes flacid before I can make it in. My penis is uncut, not always, but sometimes when I receive stimulation it hurts. I have been suffering from impotence for the last 6 yrs due to high blood pressure and diabetes. I have tried everything Viagra, Cialis. Has anyone tried any herbal remedies. Sorry I know nothing about Latin Products. But as for herbs, Why don't you try Yohimbe. It's been used for impotence for centuries. And I've used it myself and it does work. While you probably wont get as massively hard of erections as you do with Viagra or Cialis etc. you will get one. While I usually suggest shopping for herbs at an herb store over GNC, This time I recomend getting them at GNC. General Nutrition Center's offer Yohimbe in a few different milligram sizes and you can find the one that's right for you. When I used to use it I took the 451mg. dose. And while I found that dose worked well for me, I also found out that the recomended daily dose did not. It was 3 capsules a day as I recall. But two per day worked just fine. One in the morning and the other about an hour and a half before bed. Plus I took a "Men's" multiple vitimin and Saw Palmetto everyday which I still do even though I no longer use Yohimbe!! Larry

Don't despair. You are not alone. I was diagnised with peyronies disease and leakage in 1998. I had correction surgery in Chicago and met with relative success. (I am straightened to about 160 degrees with some leakage) I need to take the hardness drugs. (Viagra, Leavitra, Cialis again with relative success) It all works together about 20% of the time. I am considering an internal implant. Ron
